These are so adorable! Just perfect.
I need to learn about “cutting” in baking terms, what egg wash is and where to get or how to make vanilla sugar…..BUT these berry pie bites look like the most delicious little snacks in the universe o.O ME WANT….ME DONT KNOW GRAMMARRR ANYMORES. YUMMMMM. I’m going to attempt these sometime soon. I’ll let you k now how they turn out ; )

Egg wash – beaten egg (whisk with a fork). gives it a nice toasty, golden crust 😀
Cutting – incorporating the butter into the flour without completely blending the two (don’t worry, I had to look up how to define this! haha)
Vanilla sugar – split a vanilla pod and bury it inside a jar of sugar (2 cups of sugar or so). (or just buy it)
